摘要
作者以佛山发电厂1#号机组发生的涡轮增压器喘振为例,分析了涡轮增压器与柴油机的联合运行特性和涡轮增压器喘振的物理过程。结果表明:增压器喷嘴环和涡轮叶片流通面积减少是涡轮增压器喘振的主要原因。此外,通过理论分析,找到了预防和排除喘振的有效途径,对柴油发电机组的运行管理有着重要参考价值。
Taking the surge of turbocharger that occurred in the No. 1 diesel engine unit as an example, the combined operation characteristic between diesel engine and turbocharger has been analyzed and process of surging also. The results show that the reason why surge happened is that flow area of nozzle ring and blade was decreased. Furthermore, the effective method to obviate the surge have came out by theoretical analysis and will be great reference value to operation and management for diesel engine unit.
