摘要
1978年以来,我国的教育管理研究工作已获得了前所未有的进展,但目前存在于教育管理研究中的研究缺陷和学术误会却制约着我国教育管理研究水平的进一步提高。如果我们能在本世纪的最初几年中修补缺陷并消解误会,我国的教育管理研究工作将会取得更大的进步。
Educational management research in our country has made unprecedented progress since 1978, but the existing shortcomings in research and academic misunderstandings are restricting the further development of our educational management research. Our educational management research is sure to make greater progress if the shortcomings and misunderstandings in the research are overcome in the first few years of the century.
