作为宿主系统的几株乳酸菌的表型特征 被引量:3

A STUDY ON MAIN CHARACTER OF THREE LACTIC ACID BACTERIA AS VECTOR-HOST SYSTEM

摘要 目的 :研究乳酸菌载体—宿主系统。方法 :采用涂片染色和形态特征观察 ,用鉴别生化实验如过氧化氢酶实验、碳水化合物发酵产酸实验、精氨酸水解实验及抗生素抗性实验等对含有 p MG36 e质粒的乳酸菌 MG136 3、乳球菌 IL140 3和乳杆菌 ATCC435 6进行研究鉴定。结果 :乳酸乳球菌乳脂亚种 MG136 3、乳酸乳球菌乳酸亚种 IL140 3含有质粒 p MG36 e的 MG136 3及嗜酸乳杆菌 ATCC435 6其表型特征分别与伯杰氏手册中相应细菌特征一致。质粒 p MG36 e含有红霉素抗性基因。结论 :此乳酸菌宿主—载体系统可用载体来源的红霉素抗性进行筛选 ,用于外源基因在乳酸菌中克隆和表达的研究。 Objective: To study the vector-host syste m Methods :Gram stain and morphology,H 2O 2 enzyme,carbohydrates fermentation to produce acid,arginine amino acid dehydration and antibiotic resistance test phenotypes were performed Results: The characters of Lactococcus lactis subsp cremoris MG1363 ,Lactococcus lactis subsp lactis IL 1403,MG1363 which containing plamid pMG 36e a nd Lactobacillus acidophilus ATCC4356 is consistent with their phenotypes in Bergey' s manual of determinative bacteriology There is erythromycin resistance gene in plasmid pMG36e Conclusion: This Lactic acid bacteria host -vec tor system canbe selected by the erythromycin resistant character from the vecto r and can be utilized to study the clone and expressian of genes in the Lactic acid bacteria.
