摘要
目的 :研究白色念珠菌对口腔粘膜上皮细胞的粘附配体。方法 :采用体外法测定白色念珠菌对口腔上皮细胞的粘附数量。结果 :D-甘露糖预作用于上皮细胞之后 ,可以使白色念珠菌粘附下降 ,刀豆素 A及绿慕安预作用于白色念珠菌 ,可以减少白色念珠菌对上皮细胞的粘附。结论 :白色念珠菌粘附感染与其表面甘露糖结构有关。
To study the ligands of Candida albicans, we measured the quant i ty of adherence of Candida albicans to epithelial cells in vitro The re sults sho wed that the adherence of Candida albicans to buccal cells pretreated by D-mannose was decreased,and Candida albicans pretreated by concanavalin A and P A -MSHA(Pseudomonas aeruginosa with Mannose Sensitive Hemagglutination Pili)vacc in e could inhibit the adherence to buccal cells apparently also Thus,mannose-con ta ining moieties on the surface of Candida albicans could mediate the adherenc e of this yeasts to human epithelium
