摘要 一类具有广泛结构多态性的输卵管特异的糖蛋白———输卵管素 ,可与卵子的透明带和着床前胚胎相联系。本文综述了这种糖蛋白的合成、分泌、进化上的保守性及其在受精和早期胚胎发育过程中的重要作用。 A kind of oviduct\|specific glycoprotein\|oviductin,which has extensive structural polymorphism,associates with the zona pellucida of the ovulated oocyte and with the preimplantation embryo.In this review,we describe its synthesis,secretion,phylogenetic conservation,and its potential roles in the process of fertilization and early embryonic development.\;
