摘要
研究了杜氏盐藻对链霉素、卡那霉素、潮霉素、G4 18和氯霉素 5种常用抗生素的敏感性。结果表明 ,经 4周培养 ,盐藻对链霉素、卡那霉素、潮霉素和G4 18不敏感 ,浓度高达 6 0 0 μg/ml时 ,也不能抑制盐藻生长。对氯霉素很敏感 ,6 0 μg/ml即可完全抑制固体和液体培养中盐藻的生长。氯霉素适合作为盐藻基因工程的筛选抗生素 。
Sensitivities of Dunaliella salina to 5 antibiotics were studied. The results showed that D.salina is not sensitive to Streptomycin(Str)?Kanamycin(Km)?Hygromycin(Hm) and G418 after 4 weeks' culture. 600μg/ml Str?Km?Hm and G418 can not inhibit the growth of D. salina. It is highly sensitive to Chloromycetin(Cm),60μg/ml Cm can completely stop the growth of D. salina in solid and liquid media. It suggested that Cm is suitable selection antibiotic, and CAT gene is suitable selective marker for D. salina genetic engineering.
