摘要
建立了一种优化的化学发光技术测定过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性的方法 ,并用此法检测 4 0只正常家兔红细胞中过氧化氢酶活性为 6 4 2 1± 1 4 3K/gHb。采用H2 O2 -鲁米诺发光体系 ,探讨了反应时间、底物浓度、样品浓度、样品保存等因素对测定的影响 。
An optimized chemical luminescence method to determine catalase was created.40 red blood cell samples from healthy rabbits were determined by this method.The influence factors including reaction times,substrate concentrations,concentrations and reserving conditions of samples were observed.The result of catalase is 6.421 1.43K/gHb.The linearity and repetition are satisfied.
