超干贮藏榆树种子萌发过程中ATP和可溶性糖含量的变化 被引量:30

摘要 经过超干 (种子含水量 3.73% )贮藏 (普通室温下 2个月 )的榆树种子萌发过程中ATP与可溶性糖含量和ATP酶、淀粉酶、抗氧化酶的活性都高于对照 (种子含水量 9.34% ,普通室温下贮藏 ) 。 During germination of ultradry (UD) Ulmus pumila seed stored for 2 months, ATP content was higher than that of control(Fig.2), which provided enough energy for seedling growth. The result of standard lead precipitation procedures indicated that ATPase activity of UD Ulmus pumila seed was higher, compared with the control seed(Plate Ⅰ). The study also demonstrated that UD seed can maintain higher amylase activity and carbohydrate metabolism(Figs.3,4). The higher activity of anti oxidation enzyme indicated a higher vigour level of ultradry(UD) Ulmus pumila seed and higher self defense ability against the attak of free radicals than that of control(Table 1). These results demonstrated that UD seeds could preserve seed vigor during storage, so suitable storage will benefit for seed vigor.
