摘要
论述了轮胎两半钢质模具和轮胎胶囊模具的基本设计及制造技术。对传统轮胎两半钢质模的加工工艺和焊花、镶花轮胎模具的加工工艺,电火花加工轮胎模具技术,CAD/CAM集成技术在模具加工的应用作了剖析和比较。轮胎模具型腔的镀硬铬、喷砂和喷干冰表面处理技术也一并作了介绍。探讨和展望了轮胎模具设计制造的发展趋势。
Presents the basic design and manufacturing technology for two half steel molds and bladder mold of tire. Here make further analysis and comparison with the traditional processing welding spark mosaic surface electric sparking, CAD/CAM intergneated techniques used in the fabrication of two halt mold and introduced techniques of chrominum plating, sand blast and spraying dry ice for surface treating the developing trend of tire mold prospected.
