摘要
在北京市政设施信息管理系统中用GIS管理市政设施，建立市政设施系统图形库、属性库，系统的功能及特点。本文在市政设施进行动态管理、系统的总体设计、编码技术及规划、服务模式和应用对象方面有创新。
The GIS is used in Beijing municipal facilities to build graph library and property base of municipal system.The dynamic management general design of system.technology and planing of code.Service model and application for the municipal facilities are discussed in the paper.
