摘要 采用热压方式进行氧化铝陶瓷材料的扩散连接 ,探讨了连接工艺对连接体力学性能的影响 .结果表明 ,在 142 0℃、热压 6 0 min条件下 ,获得的最高强度为 35 7MPa,超过母材强度 ;平均连接强度为 2 5 0 MPa,约为母材强度的 85 % The diffusion bonding of alumina ceramics had been carried out by a hot pressing method,and the effects of the processing factors on the mechanical properties of the joints were also discussed.Under the suitable parameters,the maximum bonding strength obtained at room temperature reached 357 MPa (1 420 ℃,15 MPa,60 min),which exceeded the average flexural strength of the original body.The average bonding strength at this condition was 250 MPa,which was 85% of the average flexural strength of the original body.
