摘要
针对天津市土地市场存在的问题 ,提出了建立土地收购储备机制的创新性设想 ,并从收购储备制的准备、试运行与完善两个方面阐述了实施步骤 .最后 ,就合理分配收益、收购资金不足、收购价格。
To the existing questions in Tianjin land market,a new innovative assume of developing land purchasing and reserving mechanism is provided.The procedure of implementing is explained from two respects of preparation,test run and perfect.At last,countermeasure of solving several difficulties,such as distributing income rationally,purchasing fund insufficient,purchasing price,reserving quantity etc.,was proposed.
