立法法是关于国家立法制度的重要法律 ,立法权是一种很重要的国家权力 ,政府立法工作是国家立法活动的重要组成部分 .做好政府立法工作 ,必须认真领会并把握以下原则 :遵循宪法 ;维护社会主义法制的统一和尊严 ;体现人民的意志 ,发扬社会主义民主 ;从实际出发 .为了保障各项立法原则的实现 ,还要准确把握立法法进一步规范的立法权限制度、立法程序制度和立法监督制度 .我国加入 WTO。

Legislation Law is an important law concerning country legislation system,legislative power is a very important country power,and government legislation task is an important composition part of country legislation activities.To carry out the government legislation task well,these principles must be seriously grasped:following constitution;sticking up for the unification and sanctity of socialistic legal system;incarnating people's will and carrying forward socialistic democracy;leaving from facts.To ensure the realization of every legislation principle,the legislation authority limits system,the legislation procedure system and the legislation supervision system that have been more stipulated by Legislation Law,need be still accurately grasped.Our country's entry into the WTO will have deeply influence on more carrying through and applying Legislation Law and all sided advance of administration by law.
