摘要
高校传统的师资队伍建设模式 ,已不能适应当今高速发展的高等教育事业 .本文从师资队伍预测与规划、加强继续教育、引进人才及建立激励机制等方面出发 。
The traditional model of improving the college's teachers'ranks level is not suited for current high speed development of higher education.In this thesis,the importance of exploiting talent resources as a whole to the improvement of the current level of teachers ranks is explounded proceeding from the respects of the prediction and planning of teachers'ranks,strengthening the continuing education,introducing talent and establishing the encouraging system.
