摘要
弯曲应力是影响液压缸强度和稳定性的重要应力成分。本文提出了两种应力测试方案,都可以从复合应力状态分离出液压缸的弯曲应力。方案一有逆向论证的优点,方案二方法简单且精度较高。两种方案的测试结果均令人满意。
Bending stress is an important stress component affecting the strength and stability of the hydraulic cylinder. The paper gives two schemes of stress measurement which can seperate the bending stress of hydraulic cylinder from composite stress state. The first scheme has the advantage of converse demonstration, while the second is simpie but of high precision. The result of measurement of both schemes are quite satisfactorily.
