摘要 新闻大厦主楼二十九层结构造型为四角筒、内框架的点式高层写字楼。基础设计打破常规箱形基础 ,采用厚筏板—灌注桩。平板基础与箱型基础比较 ,它的适应性更强 ,能满足不同的使用要求 ,提供较大的地下室空间 ,具有社会及商业效益。同时施工简便 ,便于机械化施工 ,有效地缩短施工周期 ,近年来厚筏板基础在高层建筑中使用较普遍。 Structure modeling of the 29 storey with news bui lding main building is four corner silo, inner frame and spot highly writing building, its foundatio n design adopts thick raft board bored concrete pile, which breaks n ormal rules of box foundation. Comparing plane foundation to box foundation, plane fou ndation has more suitability, can meet different operating requirements, supply larger basement space and has society and business benefit. At the same time, it 's simple in construction, convenient to mechanical construction and can shorten the periodicity. In recent years, thick raft board foundation is used more ofte n in high buildings.
