摘要
灌注桩基础在施工完毕后 ,待桩体达到设计强度后 ,需要进行无损检测及静载荷试验 ,该试验由专门的权威机构进行并对所检测的该批桩的承载力等性能指标作出综合评价 ,各指标均满足设计要求方可进行下一道工序的施工 ,但在很多工程实例中 ,由于在桩体施工中各种因素的影响 ,导致实测的单桩承载力与设计要求的承载力偏差很大 ,通过江景新苑F栋的桩基检测及处理对这一问题进行了探讨。
After the foundation of bored concrete pile is over , while pile attain s its design strength, nondestructive test and static load test are done by the special organization, and given the compound evaluation for the bearing capacity of piles. Only the index meets the design demands, can the next procedure go on . But in many engineering instances, Because of the influence of construction fa ctors, the deviation is bigger between practical one-pile bearing capacity and d esign bearing capacity. In this paper, the above is discussed through the exampl e of pile foundation test and its treatment of F building in Jiangjingxinyuan.
