According to checking engineering quality, supervis ion, examining the completion long time , and investigating near one hundred practice situation of roofing waterproof, factors that affect the quality of waterproof engineering ar e analyzed, its present state and perspectives are stated, rational design, corr ectly selecting suitable material and meticulous construction are put forward. A t the same time, suggestions to strengthen management settling the project quali ty of roofing waterproof are pointed out, therefore, roofing leakage is prevente d and the serviceable life of the roofing is prolonged.
