从建筑安装工程质量检验评定标准入手进行分析 ,结合施工实践提出提高初装修工程观感质量的措施 ,具体阐述了占观感评定比重较大的室外墙面、室内抹灰、楼地面、屋面几个主要部位的施工作法 ,细部处理 ,质量预控等措施 ,从而提出工程精品 ,创新预控的理念。
