摘要
在加层工程中 ,为解决原设计下梁截面不足、配筋不足的问题 ,采用加建部分重新浇注混凝土基础、柱子、钢筋与原基础进行焊接 ,对框架梁要进行加固处理。介绍了梁底焊筋 ,混凝土浇注加固施工工艺。阐述了施工过程中的技术质量控制要点 ,解决了许多旧的工程经加固处理后可达到现在使用要求及现行设计规范要求的问题 ,从而节约了开支。
In the engineering of storey-added, in order to se ttle the problem of deficiency in cross-section beam and distributed steel lain in old design, it is employed that recasting concrete in the storey-added, wel ding base, poles, conc rete steel with old foundation and strengthening treatment to frame beam. Constr uctional technology of welding concrete steel under the beam and strengthening w ith concrete cast are introduced. The important points on technical quality cont rol in construction are stated. The problem is settled that through strengthenin g treatment, many old engineering can meet present operating and current design specifications' requirements. Thus cost is saved.
