摘要
通过分析计算证明,采煤机在斜切进刀时,滚筒端盘上位于前半圆周的截齿斜切时尚留有未截割的煤体,而使后半圆周的截齿也要参与割煤。因而截割阻力增大、刀齿磨损加剧、轴向力增加、端盘受挤压、摇臂强度受威胁。文中提出了改善措施。
Through analysis and computation, it is proved when the shearer is in oblique cutting the cutting teeth of the fore half of the circle on the end disc of drum leave coal behind uncut, so the cutting teeth of the rear half circle have to take part in cutting coal. Thus the cutting resistance, the wear-out of cutting teeth, the axial thrust,the squeeze on the end disc and the sufferance of the ranging arm will turn for the worse. The measures taken for improvement are given in the paper.
