建筑工程设计质量的影响因素可分为设计单位的内部因素和外部因素。内部因素主要有质量意识 ,设计人员素质 ,质量保证体系和计算机辅助设计 ,外部因素主要有国家的法律、法规、强制性条文 ,政府主管部门的管理 ,业主的行为等。全社会应共同努力 ,提高产品质量。

The former mainly includes qualit y consciousness, designer qualification, the guarantee system of quality and com puter auxiliary design. The latter mainly includes the national laws, regulation s, forced codes, management of the major department of government and actions of the building owner etc. The whole society should work hard together to improve the quality of building products.
