摘要
文章在分析设备典型故障率的基础上,指出煤矿机电设备的故障率在设备运行后分为(A)、(B)、(C)三个时期,并针对(B)、(C)两个阶段分别导出合理检修周期的公式。这三项工作对机电设备的使用与管理有实用价值。
Based on the analysis of the rate of typical breakdown of mine equipment, the paper points out the rate of breakdown since the operation of the equipment may be divided into three periods as (A) (B)and (C). Formulas are derived from two stages (B) and (C) respectively for reasonable service cycles. These works are of practical value for application and management of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines.
