锅炉胀管率外径控制优于内径控制

摘要 锅炉胀管是散装锅炉安装中的关键工序。为了进一步提高质量和工效 ,通过对锅炉胀管采用内径控制和外径控制这两种方法进行分析对比 ,说明了外径控制不论是胀管率的计算还是胀管率控制均优于内径控制 ,同时还具有机械化操作 ,减轻劳动强度 ,缩短工期等优点。介绍了外径胀管率控制的程序 ,列举了工程实例。 The boiler's expansible pipe is important in the in stallation of bulk boilers. There are two ways to controlling,itcontrol on outer diameter and on inner diameter. By analysing and comparing the two, the writer suggests that co ntrol on outer diameter excels on inner diameter not only to the calculation of the expansible pipe rate but to the control over it.What's more, the former has such advantages as mechanization operation, reduction of labour intensity, short time for project. In addition, the paper introduces the procedure of the contro l over the expansible pipe rate by outer diameter and enumerates project example s.
