摘要
分析了对回转窑运行轴线进行监测的重要性,从监测原理、系统硬件、系统软件及实际应用几方面介绍了一种回转窑运行轴线监测的研究成果。该方法采用 45°方向键相法测量窑体截面的回转中心,通过对窑各挡支承轮带两侧的截面测量而获得运行轴线。研制的监测系统结构简单,运行可靠,监测精度高,操作、使用、维护方便,成功地应用于实际生产中。
The importance of monitoring and measuring the operating axes of the rotary kiln is analyzed. The research results of monitoring and measuring the operating axes of the rotary kiln are presented from the principle of monitoring and measuring, the hardware and the software of the system to their applications. In this method, the rotary center of the measure cross- section will be obtained by means of the keyway- phase measure, which two non- contact displacement sensors are fixed on both sides of the rotary kiln in the angle of 45 to the centerline. The operating axes are calculated by using two end- faces the rolls of the rotary kiln. The monitoring and measuring system used in the method is simple and the operation is convenient. The method has a high measuring precision. It is valid when used in practice.
