面对国内外市场的冲击,太重实行了“营钻费用按营销回款额提成办法”,有力地推动了订货和回款,带动了太重其它方面的工作,为重矿行业营销分配机制改革做了一些有益的尝试,并提供了一些可借鉴的经验。
Facing market lash at home and abroad, Taizhong has practised deductive method from business and sales income which advances order goods and recovery money, brings along respective work. It is a beneficial attempt for distribution system reform in heavy duty minig industry and offers some useful for reference experience.
