弹簧管是压力表中的关键弹性传感元件，其加工质量的好坏时压力表产品的质量、合格率、精度、工作稳定性有着很大的影响。为此本文从Ｃ型弹簧管成型工艺和产品质量方面，分析了填料方式，管坯性能和端面尺寸等因素，对成型工艺和产品质量的影响。提出了硅酸盐填料、合理的管坯性能及尺寸参数。

Spring pipe is a key elastic sensor element of pressure gage. The producte quality, percent of pass, accuracy and working stability are greatly affected by its process quality. This paper analyizes filling manner, pipe block performance and end size factors affecting forming process and product quality, puts forward silicate filling, reasonable pipe block performance and parameters of size,
