摘要
依据轮胎摩擦学、材料学和控制学等学科理论 ,首次较系统地提出了轮胎摩擦牵引力及其控制方法的分类形式 ,分析了冰雪路面上轮胎摩擦牵引力的各种控制方法及其对摩擦牵引力的作用机理 ,为轮胎制造业和公路建设的发展及轮胎摩擦特性的有效控制提供了必需的知识。
In this paper, the classifications of tire traction (friction) and its control methods were systematically presented. The working mechanism according to tire traction characteristics was identified and analyzed. The main important control methods were studied. The active effect of the Central Tire Inflation/Deflation System (CTI/DS) on tire traction on ice/snow was firstly demonstrated in theory and in test. It was suggested that CTI/DS should work combining with the other traction-control system, such as ABS or TCS, and so on. The above development provided the necessary knowledge for the tire production and the active control for the characteristics of tire traction on an icy or snowy highways.
