摘要
在传统拟静力学分析的基础上 ,提出了圆柱滚子轴承刚度的分析模型及计算方法。此模型充分考虑了轴承所受径向载荷和弯矩的作用 ,同时也考虑了滚子在高速下产生的离心作用、打滑及热弹流润滑。结合具体的高速圆柱滚子轴承给出了刚度分析结果及其与实测结果的比较。
On the basis of traditional quasistatic analytical method,a new analytical model and computing method of stiffness for cylindrical roller bearing has been given in this paper.The effect of radial force and moment acting on the bearing was taken into account in the model.Meanwhile,centrifugal forces of roller in high-speed and elastohydrodynamic were considered.Finally,the results of stiffness analysis and experiments completed on a high-speed cylindrical roller bearing were given in the paper.
