摘要
对复杂形状刀具数控磨削过程进行 3维仿真是研究复杂形状刀具数控磨削过程的有效手段。以 Matlab为平台 ,借助其强大的图形处理功能 ,通过图像边界识别的方法获得 3维物体的截面形状数据 ,从而实现对复杂形状刀具的数控磨削过程的 3维仿真。
D graphical simulation is a very effective method for research on CNC grinding process of complex shaped cutters. An efficient method of 3D graphical simulation based on Matlab is presented in this paper. With this method,data of 3D object is obtained by finding edges of every slice image. The visual surface of the cutter can be treated simply by Matlab's powerful function on drawing and image treating.Some key techniques of the method are introduced in detail, and the results are given as well.
