摘要
综述了LCD电极检测技术 ,分析了不同检测方法的优缺点及其适用范围 ,并着重介绍了最近发展的LCD电极自动视觉检测方法。
In this paper, the inspecting technology of LCD's electrode is described and their advantages, disadvantages and applying scopes are analyzed detailedly. The recent developing technology of the automatic visual inspection of LCD's electrode is introduced too.
