奶粉生产过程中 ,乳浆浓度精确在线检测是一个关键问题 ,它不仅可以影响产品的质量和产量 ,而且决定着能耗的多少。依据直流电动机工作在软特性区间内 ,其转速随着转动力矩变化而变化的机理 ,研制出一种能够在生产过程中实时检测乳浆浓度的传感器。与国外乳浆检测装置相比 ,具有结构简单、体积小、成本低、精度高的特点 ,也可应用在食品、制药、化工等行业。

In the process of milk powder producing, the accurate measuring of milk density is a key problem, which has a direct influence on the quality of products and the resource and energy consumption. Through analysing the relationship between the rotational speed and moment of the DC motor which works in the soft mechanical property area, a sensor of Baume degrees on-line measuring is developed in this paper. Compared with milk density meter abroad, this sensor has the distinguishing feature of simple structure, small volume, low cost and high precision, and can be used in the field of food ,medicine and chemistry.
