摘要 对薄管板换热器进行了电测 ,绘制了压力为 1~ 5MPa壳程的应力和叠加相应法兰力矩下的综合应力 ,提出了对于中低压下的贴面式薄管板换热器必须考虑法兰力矩的影响 。 Electro measured a thin tube plate heat exchangeer,drew its stress diagram under shell pressure 1~5MPa and comprehensive stress diagram with adding relevant flange moment,put forward that the effect of flange moment must be taken into consideration for lap on serface type thin tube plate heat exchanger working at middle low pressure,indicated that the key of strength design of the lap on serface type thin tube plate is at the area without arranging tubes.
