摘要
对以振动测试和分析为基础的机器状态监测、预防性维修及振动诊断的基本原理和方法作了简要论述。阐明了在煤矿机械维修中采用此项技术可随时了解机器的运行状态,提高维修工作的预见性和针对性,缩短检修周期,节约检修费用。
This article briefly discusses the basic principle and method of machine condition monitoring, preventive maintenance and vibration diagnosis based on the vibration testing and analysis. It elucidates that the employment of this technique in coal mines machinery maintenance can keep a breast of the operating conditions of machines at any time, enhance the foresightedness and aim of the maintenance work, shorten the period of checking and repairing and cut down the expense of checking and repairing.
