摘要
作者利用自编的三曲轴强度的动态分析电算程序,对乳化液泵曲轴进行了动态强度分析。三曲柄销曲轴具有两种不同的结构布置形式,比较其差异,从理论上证明若三曲柄销结构布置设计合理(文中结构Ⅱ)可提高曲轴强度。可供有关泵轴设计参考。
The author analyzes the dynamic strength of the emufsion pump (?)rankshaft by use of selfcompiled computer program for dynamic analysis of crankshaft strength with triple wrist pins. The crankshaft with triple wrist pins has two different configuration types, Thsi article demonstrates theoretically by comparison of their difference that if the cconfiguration uf triple wrist pins is reasonably designed (construction 2 in this artiele), the strength of the crankshaft may be increased.In design of pump shafts , reference could be made to it.
