摘要
为了解城市污水污泥的燃烧特性 ,利用差式扫描量热器 (TGA)和热解重量分析法 (DSC)等热分析方法对北京高碑店污水处理厂的干燥污泥进行了研究。实验结果表明 :干燥污泥的失重过程中有 3个失重速率比较高的区域 ,前 2个以挥发份的析出为主 ,第 3个为固定碳的的燃尽区。采用积分法求解了 3个区域的化学反应动力学参数 ,对其反应机理进行了分析。
Thermogravimetric analyses (TGA) and difference scanning calorimeter (DSC) were used to study the combustion characteristics of dried sludge from the Beijing Gaobeidian Sewage Treatment Plant. The result showed there are three temperature ranges during the sludge combustion, in which the sludge quickly lost weight. The first two are due to release of the volatiles, while the fixed carbon is combusted in the third range. The kinetics parameters for the chemical reactions were calculated and the sludge combustion mechanism is discussed. Some suggestions are given for the design of sludge fluidized bed incinerators.
