摘要
论述了将最小方差法应用于高频无线电海洋探测中的一些处理方法和结果 .在数值模拟的基础上 ,探讨了该方法提取海态参数的能力 .对实测数据进行了处理和分析 ,将结果分别同由美国 CODAR公司生产的Sea Sonde雷达探测结果以及海洋监测船的现场测量结果进行了对比 .
Discusses the application of Minimum Variation Method (MVM) in extracting sea echo's space spectrum from HF Ground Wave Radar (GWR) 's detection. Numerical simulation with a broad beam model sea echo shows its validation. Experimental data had been processed and the extracted currents information was compared with what yielded from the U.S. Codar system and the in situ measurement with traditional means. The correspondence relationship between sea echo's SNR azimuthal distribution and the array's effective viewing angle is verified.
