中国短肠蕨属孢子形态的研究

Studies on the Spore Morphology of Allantodia From China

利用扫描电子显微镜对我国产短肠蕨属 2 1种植物的孢子进行了观察 .结果表明 ,该属孢子形态较为一致 ,单裂缝 ,极面观为椭圆形 ,赤道面观为豆形或半圆形 .外壁表面光滑 .周壁两层 ,内层薄 ,紧贴于外壁上 ;外层厚 ,向外隆起形成褶皱 ;在周壁外层和内层之间常具大的腔隙 ,有时周壁外层剥离 .作者还从孢子形态的角度 。

Spore morphology of 21 species of the genus Allantodia from China was examined by SEM.. The spore morphology of the genus is similar, monolete, polar view ellipsoidal, equatorial view phaseoliform or semiorbicular, exospore plain, perispore usually of two layers, thin inner layer, crassus outer layer. The contour of spore ornamentation is formed by outer layer of perispore, which is usually prominent folds on the spore surface. The taxonomic status of the genus Allantodia was discussed in this paper.
