摘要
目的 研究槭叶草总黄酮对心衰鼠心功能的影响。方法 按狭窄腹主动脉法造成大鼠心衰模型,灌服槭叶草总黄酮(TFM)2mL(含生药2g)。结果 心衰鼠CO,±dp(LV)/dt max和p(LVS)明显升高,心率降低。结论 TFM可增强心衰鼠心脏泵功能和心肌收缩性能,说明TFM有抗心衰作用。
Objective To study the effect of total flavone in mukdenia rossic on cardiac function of heart failure rat. Methods The animal models of heart failure are made by using the method of stenosic abdominal aorta of rat to observe effects pouring TFM down the stomach 2?ml. Results TFM increases CO, ±LVdp/dtmax, LVSP and decreases heart rate with heart failure. Conclusion TFM can enhance the pump function of cardiac function of heart failure rat and myocardial contractility, showing that TFM has the action of antiheart failure.
