Operation Treatment for Ulnaris Collateral Ligments of Thumb Metacarpophalangeal Articulation Injury

目的 介绍拇指掌指关节尺侧侧副韧带损伤手术治疗的临床意义。方法 对15例拇指掌指关节尺侧侧副韧带新鲜及陈旧性损伤，以直接修复或采用裳长肌腱、拇短伸仉腱重建线指掌指关节尺侧侧副韧带的手术治疗。结果 手术治疗的Ⅰ期达到满意疗效。结论 对于拇指掌指关节尺侧侧副韧带的损伤手术治疗优于保守治疗。

Objective To introduce clinical experience and significance of operational treatment about ulnaris collateral ligments injury of thumb metacarpophalangeal articulation. Methods 15 fresh or former injury cases of ulnaris collateral ligments injury of thumb metacarpophalangeal articulation were restored some injuries directly of operation treatment in rebuilding ulnaris collateral ligments of thumb metacarpophalangeal articulation with palmar tendons long or extensor pollicies brevis. Results Operation treaments have got satisfactory effectives. Conclusion: Operation treatment is better than conservative treatment in ulnaris collateral ligments of thumb metacarpophalangeal articulation injyry.
