下肢辗挫伤合并血管损伤血运重建术的护理体会

Acknowledgement on Nursing Care of Patients Having Lower Limbs, Crushing Injuries with Vascular Involvement and Reconstruction of the Blood Supply

对收治的下肢辗挫伤合并血管损伤患者，均用显微外科的方法重建血运，配合医生加强护理，提高了肢体存活率，减少了全身并发症的发生。

Lower limbs crushing injuries with vascular involvement were treated with microsurgical methods to restore the blood supply. Intense nursing care in collaboration with attending doctors decreased complications and enhanced the recovery rate.
