玻璃苣形态解剖的扫描电镜观察

Observation of Morphology Anatomy of Borago officinalis L. with SEM

利用扫描电镜对玻璃苣（Borago officinalis L.）的种子、花粉、叶片进行观察，并将玻璃苣的红花品系和蓝花品系进行对比，找出了玻璃苣的一些形态解剖与其结实特性的相关关系，为玻璃工艺苣的引种、驯化、栽培提供了依据。

Biological and ecological characteristics of Borago officinalis L. were observed. At the same time, seeds, pollens and leaves were observed by scanning electronic microscope (SEM), blue flower clone and red flower clone were compared. Relationship between morphology anatomy and fruit characteristics of Borago officinalis L. were observed, which can provide the basis for introduction and domestication.
