软测量技术在5效蒸发装置中的应用

Application in the Process of Five Effect Evaporators Using Soft Sensing Technique

利用机理建模方法，开发了5效蒸发装置出口质量指标在线软测量的数学模型，并对模型进行仿真研究。利用装置已的CENTUM－XL集散控制系统的实时BASIC语言实现了现场实时运行，仿真研究和现场的初步运行结果证明了软测量技术应用的可行性有效性。

An online soft-sensing mathematical model of outlet quality index based on mechanism analysis is presented and simulated in this paper. It has run in real time mode by programming in real time BASIC. The results of model simulation and primarily running show that the application is valid and practical.
