rTNF联合DDP治疗癌性胸腔积液的临床研究

Clinical Study on Combined Treatment of rTNF and DDP for Cancerous Hydrothorax

目的 探讨应用人重组肿瘤坏死因子（rTNF)联合顺铂（DDP0治疗癌性胸腔积液的疗效。方法 对50例经病理证实为癌性胸腔积液的患者采用昼抽净胸水后，胸腔内注入rTNF20万和DDP40mg,1次／d，连续2－4次。结果 近期完全缓解（CR）达90%，其中12例持续6个月未发现胸水，所有病例2－4周后，经B超检查均有不同程度的胸膜增厚及粘连。结论 rTNF联合DDP治疗癌性胸腔积液疗效显著，单药用量小，毒副作用小。

Objective The curative effect of combined rTNF and DDP for cancerous hydrothorax were investigated. Methods 50 patients were diagnosed cancerous hydrothorax by biopsy, injection rTNF 200000 μ and DDP 40?mg after abstraction water of chest once a day, continuously 2～4 times in pleural cavity. Results Whole relax recent reached 90%, 12 patients were no hydrothorax for 6 monthes, all patients had difference pleure adhesion by bultrasond examination after treatment 2～3 weeks. Conclusion Cancerous hydrothorax treated with combined rTNF and DDP was significant and two kinds of methods are easy to operate.
