基于DNA对三苯甲烷类阳离子染料甲基紫的褪色反应建立了流动注射分光光度法测定DNA的新方法。探讨了最佳的褪色条件 ,工作波长为 5 80nm ,线性范围为 0 - 30 μg/mL。本法流路简单、操作方便。进样频率为 6 0次
A new method for the determination of DNA based on the discoloration action of DNA on Methyl violet has been developed. The optimum condition of the discoloration has been investigated.The measurement wavelength is 580nm.The linear range of determination is 0-30μg/mL.The method has the advantage of simple flow and convenient operation.The sampling rate is 60 samples per hour.
