摘要
含碳量差别较大的两种合金结构钢在同一条件下淬火,而且各自对硬度有较高的要求,给热处理工艺的制定带来了很大困难.采用某种聚合物的水溶液作为淬火介质,使这一工艺难关得以解决.
It is difficult to lay down the heat treatment technology for the two kinds of structral alloy steel with high carbon content, which need high handness at the same quenching condition. By using a kind of plogmer aqueous solation as the quenching medium, this technology difficulty was solved.
