The value engineering was applyed in cha teaching ou haw to select materials that canbe made for machining components by evaluation and selection of function definitio and plan with motorgear. This will make the material's selection from the state of the tradition and depending on the experi-ence(sometimes even on one side)to that with systematically and scientifically.
