摘要
为解决大工业过程稳态递阶优化控制中普遍存在着的模型 实际差异问题 ,将子过程模型中的系数处理为矩形模糊数 ,提出了有矩形模糊参数的大工业过程稳态关联平衡法 .基于模糊模型 ,关联平衡算法能找到使目标函数更小的解 ,并且迭代次数更少 .对开环的关联平衡法和有全局反馈的关联平衡法进行了研究 .分析和讨论了关联平衡法中矩形模糊参数的选取方法 .仿真结果表明 ,有矩形模糊参数的关联平衡法能有效地解决模型 实际差异问题 .
The interactive balance method with rectangular fuzzy parameters is proposed to solve the problem of difference between model and real process, which is an important issue connected with the steady-state hierarchical control of large-scale industrial processes, by means of replacing the crisp model coefficients with the rectangular fuzzy numbers. Based on fuzzy model, the interaction balance method can find better solution with fewer iterations. Two types of interaction balance method, the open-loop interaction balance method and the interaction balance method with global feedback, are studied. The way to choose the appropriate rectangular fuzzy numbers is discussed too. Simulation shows that the proposed method can solve the above problem effectively.
