摘要
研究了方铅矿在相转移催化剂作用下直接转化为可溶性铅盐的工艺条件 ,结果表明 ,在相转移催化剂存在下矿样粒度 1 5 0 μm,盐酸浓度 2 .0 mol/L,反应温度 90℃ ,反应时间 1 h时铅的转化率为 97.8% ,产物氯化铅纯度可达 98.8%。该法工艺简单 ,反应时间短 ,转化率高 。
The technological conditions of galena directly transfering to solubility lead salt were investigated in the presence of a kind of phase transferring catalytic promoter. The experimental results indicated that the production rate was 97.8%, and the purity of the lead chloride obtained was 98.8% under the conditions of 2.0mol/L concentration of the hydrochloric acid, 1 hour of the reaction time and 150 μm size of the sample ore at 90℃ presence of the phase transferring catalytic promoter.This method has a simple technological process, short reaction time, high production rate and high purity for the product.
