薄层扫描法测定入梦香胶囊中小檗碱的含量

Determination of berberine in rumeng xiang capsul by TLC scanning

采用薄层扫描法测定中药入梦香胶囊中小檗碱的定量方法 ,取样品内容物用盐酸 -甲醇 (1∶1 0 0 )浸泡过夜 ,超声处理后 ,过滤 ,收集续滤液 ,点样于硅胶 G薄层板上 ,选用苯 -醋酸乙酯 -甲醇 -异丙醇 -浓氨试液 (1 2∶ 6∶ 3∶ 3∶ 1 )为展开剂 ,另槽加入等体积的浓氨试液 ,预平衡 ,展开后用薄层扫描仪于λ=3 6 6 nm处进行测定 ,平均回收率为 97.3 3 % ,不同浓度下相对标准偏差分别为 1 .83 % ,2 .1 3 % ,1 .72 %。该方法灵敏、准确、简单、专属性强 。

OBJECTIVE To study a TLC fluorescent scanning method for seperation and determination of berberine in Rumeng Xiang capsul. METHODS The contents of capsul were intused in hydrochloride methanol(1∶100) for 24h,supersonicated for 45min, then filtered. The filter liquor was applicated on a silica gel G plate and developed at room temperature with benzene ethyl acetate methanol sopropanol ammonia solution(12∶6∶3∶3∶1). The seperated spots were scanned at λ =366nm. RESULTS The analytical recovery was 97.33%, and RSD were 1.83%?2.13%?1.72% at different concentration respectively.CONCLUSION This method was simple?sensitive?accurate and specific. It was successfully used to determine the berberine in Rumeng Xiang capsul.
